VIBRABSORBER® Steel Spring - Rubber elements insulate vibrating machines working above 350 r.p.m., which according to their geometry can reach up to 30mm of deflection and natural frequency of 2.87 Hz.
To avoid the problems of the crossing over of the resonance zone, the VIBRABSORBER® system was created on the interior of the spring.

This element has a rhomboid geometry and it is manufactured with a specific rubber of high critical dampening rate. The mission of this element is to dampen the vibrations when the machine is crossing the resonance zone and prevent the contact between the spirals when overloading.
Our spring to metal isolators with the VIBRABSORBER® system combine the flexibility of the steel spring with the dampening properties of the rubber, and are composed of:

• Tempered steel spring
• Rubber damper, VIBRABSORBER® System.
• Fixation elements
• Anticorrosive zinc-plated coat.

Range of VIBRABSORBER® Spring to Rubber Elements, depends among many other requirements, on the operating speed of the machine, its load and the vertical natural frequency needed.
We could choose from 1-AMC Range Isolators up to 9-AMC Range Isolators making possible to isolate against vibration and structure - borne noise of a very wide range of machineries and equipments.

Natural Frequency from: 5 Hz TO 3 Hz Range designed for suspension of false acoustic ceilings and machinery operating at more than 450 r.p.m.

These isolators are made of piano tail spring quality with a high mechanical performance. They come along with rubber washer conceived to avoid the “acoustical bridges” and the contact of a non-aligned screw.
